Participatory Cooking Class

The cooking class experience at Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel is a unique immersion into the richness of Peruvian cuisine. Combinig local, sustainably grown ingredients such as quinoa, corn, native potato and yellow chilli, this activity celebrates the fusion between traditional and modern cuisine. In a privileged setting at the foot of the Machu Picchu sanctuary, participants will interact to create one of the favorite dishes.

- Explanation and culinary demonstration with the chef

Choice of 3 dishes: Cusco solterito, Causa in two textures or quinoa tabbouleh.
